Seventh Anniversary of Iraq War. The Coalition for Peace Action is planning a Rally on the State House Steps, 125 W. State Street in Trenton, from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM on Friday, March 19, the seventh anniversary of the Iraq War. Peace Vigil on Friday, March 19 from 7:30-9:00 AM at Silver Lake Park on the Route 413 Bypass in Newtown, PA. Participants encouraged to bring signs. The Vigil is adjacent to a facility of Lockheed-Martin, the largest military contractor in the US, in conjunction with the seventh anniversary of the Iraq War.

We will vigil at the Trenton Makes Bridge in Morrisville on Friday, March 19, which is the seventh anniversary of the start of the Iraq war, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.,  Please join us if you can.

United for Peace and Justice-Delaware Valley Network (UFPJ-DVN), which grew out of the large anti-Iraq-War regional demonstration in October 2007, will have a Network meeting from 3:00-5:00 PM on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Tabernacle Church, 3700 Chestnut St. (37th & Chestnut St., enter on 37th) in Philadelphia.

Memorial Gathering for former CFPA Associate Director Mary Buxton Ward from 2:00-3:00 PM on Saturday, April 3 at the Princeton Friends Meeting, 470 Quaker Rd., Princeton, NJ. Reception afterwards wtih light refreshments.
