The Circus is in Town!
The next Democratic National Debate between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, will be held at the National Constitution Center on April 16. We want to remind our leaders, including our Presidential Candidates, that it's time we got our U.S. Government spending priorities in order. Because under the current Administration they are sadly askew. With action pending in Congress over proposed funding for the Iraq War, we ask:
NOW WHAT?
BILLIONS FOR THE WAR?
NOTHING FOR THE POOR?
ÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑ

Cathy Leary, of Lower Bucks CFPA says: We urge all who are able to please join us!! It will be a fun way to get our very important message out. We are planning on dressing as clowns, circus animals, strolling minstrels, etc. I even have it on good authority that Santa Claus is making a special spring visit to Philadelphia, because he feels that this is such a great opportunity to spread the word on the need for peace and justice.
No need to bring signs, they will be provided for us.
Our plan is to meet in the Staples parking lot on Route 1 across from the Oxford Valley Mall on Wednesday, April 16 at 2:45 p.m. and car pool to Philadelphia. Please call Bill Deckhart at 215-380-6804 if you need more information.
