This non-partisan voter guide is a collaborative effort by Physicians for Social Responsibility, Ceasefire Pennsylvania, Peace Action – Delaware Valley, Metropolitan Christian Council of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania True Majority, and the Coalition for Peace Action. It is based on voting records, public statements, and responses to questionnaires we sent to congressional candidates. Third party candidates are not included due to space limitations.
