On Friday, September 23, the Coalition for Peace Action (CFPA) and Muslims4Peace held a vigil in Tiger Park (Palmer's Square, Princeton) for the victims of terrorism and gun violence. Remarks were made by resprentatives of both CFPA and Muslims4Peace. This event was particualrly poignant givent the recent bombings in NJ and NY. Photos courtesy of John Lien.

On Sunday, September 11 the Coalition for Peace Action (CFPA) co-sponsored a 9/11 Commemoration with Muslims4Peace at Masjid-e-Ali in Somerset, N.J. Approximately 200 people attended. Medea Benjamin keynoted on her new book, Kingdom of the Unjust: Behind the US-Saudi Connection, which explicates the central role of Saudi Arabia in the ideology and funding that was central to a large portion of the terrorism of 9-11. CFPA Executive Director Rev. Bob Moore was also a speaker.
