CFPA's annual Hiroshima/Nagasaki Commemoration will take place on Monday, August 5th, at 6 PM, at Hinds Plaza, Princeton (next to the library). The event is free and open to all.

We will begin at 6 PM with a BYO picnic! (No alcohol, please.)

The Program will begin at 7:00 PM and will include a minute of silence at 7:15 PM, which corresponds to the Japanese time that the bomb dropped on Hiroshima (8:15 AM on August 6).

We will be hearing from Mira Nakashima, daughter of renowned woodworker and author George Nakashima, about her family's experience in the Japanese internment camps of WWII.

We will also have musicians performing. Hope you can join us!
