Please see CFPA's Alert sent on April 26, 2024.

Dear friend,

I'm excited to announce that we have followed up on CFPA's five Candidate Briefings to date (click here and scroll down to see which candidates) by conveying our Candidate Questionnaire to to all candidates running in CFPA's targeted Primary races in NJ Congressional District 3 and in the US Senate race. With that information, we have produced Peace Voter Guides for each of those races showing candidate positions on key peace issues!

Click to see the District 3 Peace Voter Guide at the top, and the US Senate Peace Voter Guide just below that. There are five candidates in the District 3 race, and three of those returned the signed questionnaire to us. Thankfully, all three US Senate candidates returned their questionnaires!

The purpose of these Guides is to help inform voters of the positions of candidates on critical issues including a bilateral Ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war, the rapidly worsening nuclear weapons danger, and crucial gun violence prevention measures.

Our goal is to inform New Jersey voters of the positions of candidates on these urgent peace issues before they decide how to vote in the June 4 Primary.

Early and mail-in voting will start in the fairly near future. We ask that you not only review these Guides to inform yourself, but also forward this link to the Guides to voters you know in NJ Congressional District 3 (click here to see which municipalities are included, they are all in first paragraph of preceding link); and to voters throughout NJ for the US Senate race!
